01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and b9ge ("b9ge", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b9ge platform available at b9ge.cam, including all associated betting, gaming, casino and support services (collectively, the "Platform").

b9ge is an online betting and casino platform built to serve English-speaking users in Pakistan and other permitted markets. The Platform offers sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino, slots, table games, instant games and related services. All platform communications, legal documents and player-facing content are provided in English.

These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the Platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, any application made available by the operator, or any other access method. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b9ge.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an Account, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
2. You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
4. The information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete; and
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. These Terms may be accepted only by a natural person with legal capacity — acceptance by automated means is not valid.

04 Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater. b9ge strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, the Account will be suspended and any funds deposited during the unverified period may be returned to the originating payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You may only use the Platform if doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you. b9ge does not operate in, and will not serve users from, jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where the operator does not hold a relevant licence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts. Winnings generated across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

05 Account Registration

To access Real Money Play, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You agree to keep this information current and promptly update your Account profile if any details change.

b9ge reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided during registration, including — but not limited to — a government-issued identity document (such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) for Pakistani nationals), proof of residential address and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b9ge reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where false information is identified, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

06 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. b9ge will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b9ge immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. b9ge reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

You must not use automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform. Any attempt to access the Platform by means not expressly authorised by b9ge is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

07 Deposits & Payments

All funds deposited to your b9ge Account must originate from a payment source that you legally own or are authorised to use. Deposits made using third-party payment sources — including accounts, cards or wallets belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and return of funds.

b9ge references certain Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual familiarity with Pakistani users. None of these payment providers endorses gambling or has confirmed support for this operator. Actual accepted deposit methods, minimum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees will be confirmed within the Platform's cashier or payment section and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

Minimum deposit amounts, where applicable, are denominated in PKR as displayed in the Platform at the time of transaction. b9ge does not accept deposits that are intended to circumvent anti-money laundering obligations or that originate from unlawful sources.

08 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Your Account has completed the required KYC verification process;
2. There are no pending investigations relating to your Account;
3. Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied;
4. Your withdrawal request meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable at the time of request; and
5. The requested withdrawal does not exceed any maximum withdrawal limit specified in current promotion terms, where applicable.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method, the operator's internal review process and any third-party payment provider timelines. b9ge does not guarantee instant withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where additional verification is required. All processing time references on the Platform are illustrative and not contractually binding.

Withdrawals will, as a general principle, be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where this is not possible, b9ge may request an alternative method and may require additional verification documentation before processing.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

b9ge may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty incentives and other promotional offers to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms and conditions which will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per transaction applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Contribution rates by game category will be specified in the promotion terms or bonus page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotional period, or where the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus's validity window, will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specified otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.
• One Bonus per Household: Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, email address or payment method.

b9ge reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to decline to grant a bonus where it has reason to believe that the promotion is being abused or that the eligibility criteria have not been met.

10 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to b9ge's specific sports betting rules and casino game rules applicable to each product. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet or engaging in any game.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game round or live betting event, b9ge will attempt to resolve the outcome in accordance with the Platform's technical failure policy. Where resolution is not possible, affected rounds or bets may be voided and stakes returned. b9ge's decision on technical-error outcomes is final, subject to the complaints process set out by the operator.

Odds for sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are set by b9ge's pricing system and are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being fully accepted and confirmed. An accepted and confirmed bet at a stated price is binding on both parties.

11 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of bonus terms ("bonus abuse");
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, hacking or otherwise interfering with the Platform's systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographical restrictions; or
• Engaging in any conduct that b9ge reasonably considers to be abusive, fraudulent or harmful to the Platform, its users or its integrity.

b9ge reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to void any bets, winnings or pending transactions associated with such conduct. b9ge may report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

12 Responsible Gambling

b9ge is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform principle. We provide a range of player-protection tools designed to help users maintain control of their gambling activity. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Lower limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a specified period. Limits activate immediately once set.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration. An alert or hard stop activates when the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (ranging from weeks to indefinitely). During self-exclusion, your Account is suspended, promotional communications are paused and re-entry is not permitted until the exclusion period expires or a formal reinstatement process is completed.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by b9ge

b9ge reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) your Account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; (c) required by law or regulatory authority; or (d) security concerns necessitate immediate protective action.

13.2 Closure by b9ge

Following an investigation, b9ge may permanently close your Account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms is confirmed; (b) you have provided false registration information; (c) prohibited conduct is verified; or (d) your jurisdiction is identified as a Restricted Jurisdiction. On confirmed closure for breach, b9ge may withhold any balance and forfeit pending withdrawals where permitted by applicable law.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe. Any available balance (net of outstanding bonus commitments) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification, if not already completed.

14 Legal Context & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as identified in the Platform's licensing disclosure. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution body of the applicable jurisdiction.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online or remote gambling in Pakistan is subject to applicable domestic law. b9ge does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by: the Government of Pakistan; any provincial authority; the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA); the State Bank of Pakistan; or any Pakistani financial institution. This is not legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your use of the Platform under Pakistani law and any other applicable law. b9ge recommends that you seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your legal position.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9ge, its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if b9ge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b9ge's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) such minimum amount as cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game titles, user interfaces, design elements and trademarks — is the property of b9ge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform except as incidentally necessary for your personal use of the Platform. Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of Platform content is expressly prohibited.

17 Privacy & Data

b9ge collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

b9ge will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, customer support and platform improvement. 18 Amendments to These Terms

b9ge reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, b9ge will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, via a notification displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address — prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of the Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13.3.
